- Kudos is not available with any other promotion.
- Excludes all other promotions or discount programs.
- The full amount to be paid upfront.
- Can only be purchased in sets of 10.
- Must be used within 6 months from date of purchase.
- Cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
- Cannot be used for third party services (eg: printing) or business services.
- Can only be used for OPEN Advertising design services.
- VAT, WHT or Sales Tax are not included in the price.
Estimate
- All estimates are free and are valid for 14 days from the date on the estimate.
- The estimate does not include incidental costs unless otherwise stated.
- The estimate does not include Value Added Tax or Witholding Tax.
- Upon acceptance of estimate, we will email the first invoice for 50% of the full amount unless other payment terms have been agreed upfront.
Non-disclosure Agreement
- We offer a NDA free-of-charge if a client requests it before discussions start.
- We are not liable for disclosure if client does not request a NDA.
Payment
- An upfront deposit of 50% will have to be made before any work commences. If you pay the deposit by check, we will wait for the funds to clear before starting any project.
- For larger projects, we accept 30% upfront deposit, 40% on project target and 30% on completion.
- We accept cash, bank transfer and cheques made payable to cash or OPEN Advertising Limited. Once a payment is received, we will issue a receipt for that payment.
- Please note paying by check will delay the start of any project until the funds have cleared.
- We currently do not pay VAT.
- Third party costs (eg: print costs) may include VAT which the client shall pay.
Contract
- You can request a copy of our full terms and conditions when you request an estimate for your project.
- For small projects, the invoice becomes the binding contract. By accepting the invoice you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
- For larger projects we will issue an agreement with full terms and conditions that will be signed by client and OPEN Advertising.
- We reserve all rights including intellectual property rights until the final balance of client invoice is paid in full. Once full payment has been made, we release full rights.
- We will prosecute anyone in breach of our copyright.
Late Payment
- 5% is added to the invoice after 15 days from issue of final invoice.
- 15% is added to the invoice after 30 days from issue of final invoice.
- 30% is added to the invoice after 60 days from issue of final invoice.
- Court proceedings are implemented after 90 days from issue of final invoice.
